Born and raised in Prince George, Kim took her massage training in Edmonton at Vicars School of Massage therapy, graduating in 2023, later that year becoming certified within British Columbia’s regulatory body.

Over the past years Kim has also taken training in craniosacral therapy, and oncology massage.

When working with patients she incorporates both Therapeutic and Swedish massage techniques working with medium pressure.

Jeff graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy Program from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon in the year 2021. He is open to treating a variety of conditions and works with a wide breadth of patients but enjoys working with past athletes who are getting back into being active. His techniques include myofascial release, joint mobilization, and deep tissue massage when necessary. He offers a previous background in combat sports, martial arts and has been a lifelong weightlifter.

Sophia Egan graduated from West Coast College, Victoria in 2018. She is the proud owner of Keystone Massage & Healing LTD and strives to provide a space that is accommodating and welcoming. Sophia has added to her practice over the years by attending many courses and workshops.

Sophia prefers to offer deep tissue massage, relaxation as needed, warm stone treatments, instrument assisted massage (IASTM) and most recently facial and buccal (intra-oral) treatments. Every treatment is geared towards the concerns of the patient, a treatment plan is created and homeware is given.

Her practice focuses on deep tissue, relaxation, and warm stone massage. Sabrina enjoys working with a variety of clients, tailoring pressure and techniques to meet individual needs—whether that involves targeted therapeutic work or a calming, restorative experience.
